Insurance & Payment
Cost shouldn’t stop you from getting out of pain. Here’s how we make care accessible.
Insurance plans accepted
We accept most PPO dental insurance plans. Bring your card and a photo ID and we’ll verify your benefits before any treatment. Common plans we work with include:
- Aetna
- Cigna
- Delta Dental (PPO)
- Guardian
- MetLife
- United Concordia
- UnitedHealthcare
- Humana
- Empire BlueCross BlueShield
- Most other PPO carriers
Don’t see your plan? Contact us — we likely accept it.
Self-pay rates (no insurance)
If you don’t have insurance, we offer transparent self-pay pricing. Typical ranges:
- Emergency exam + X-ray + same-day pain relief: $150–$400
- Composite filling: $150–$400 per tooth
- Simple extraction: $150–$350
- Surgical extraction: $350–$650
- Root canal: $700–$1,400
- Crown: $900–$1,800
- Re-cementing existing crown: $100–$250
- Knocked-out tooth re-implantation: $300–$700
- Drainage of abscess: $200–$500
How we quote
You’ll always see a written estimate before any treatment begins — no surprises. If insurance covers part of the procedure, we’ll show you both your insured cost and the full price.
Financing
For larger emergency procedures (root canal + crown, multiple extractions, implant planning), we offer CareCredit and similar third-party financing with monthly payments. Application takes a few minutes and decisions are usually instant.
