Lost Filling or Crown — Same-Day Repair
Filling fell out, crown popped off, sensitivity hitting hard? Walk in — we’ll restore the tooth in one visit.
Why it can’t wait
An open tooth is exposed to bacteria, food debris and temperature shocks. Decay accelerates, the tooth weakens, and it often fractures within days — turning a simple filling into a root canal or extraction.
Before you arrive
- Find the crown if it fell out — we may be able to recement it.
- Cover the tooth with sugar-free gum or dental wax to reduce sensitivity.
- Pharmacies sell temporary dental cement — useful as a stopgap.
- Avoid chewing on that side; skip hot, cold and sweet foods.
- Don’t glue it back with household adhesives — they’re toxic and damage the tooth.
- Book an appointment online.
How we treat it
- Recement an intact crown — if the underlying tooth is healthy
- New filling — tooth-coloured composite or amalgam, completed same visit
- New crown — we fit a temporary right away and place the permanent at a follow-up
- Same-day crown available in some cases
- Root canal — if the nerve has been exposed or infected
What it costs
- Recement existing crown: $100–$250
- New composite filling: $150–$400
- New crown: $900–$1,800 depending on material
- Root canal (if needed): $700–$1,400
We accept most PPO insurance plans and offer financing.

Often yes if it’s intact. Bring it in. If damaged or the tooth has decay, we’ll make a new one with a temporary fitted right away.
What can I do until I get there?
